![]() Now I know that you could just hide the collum header and put the first item text and subitem text with the header text and accomplish a completely lightgreen bacground, which is what I want but it still does not answer the question of how to change the header colors. The bacground of the form is lightgreen, the bacground of listview is lightgreen, but when you run it you get the collum header bacground as white, and the items list background as lightgreen. I have set the background and forground colors of the listview using the properties window. ' Add the ListView to the control collection. ("# of Items", -2, HorizontalAlignment.Left) ("Item Description", 140, HorizontalAlignment.Left) ' Create columns for the items and subitems. (Form1.Itemsowend(3, 1))ĭim item5 As New ListViewItem("Homes", 0) (Form1.Itemsowend(2, 1))ĭim item4 As New ListViewItem("Watches", 0) (Form1.Itemsowend(1, 1))ĭim item3 As New ListViewItem("Lockets", 0) (Form1.Itemsowend(0, 1))ĭim item2 As New ListViewItem("Rings", 1) ' Create 6 items and 1 set of subitems for each item.ĭim item1 As New ListViewItem("Necklaces", 0) ' Sort the items in the list in ascending order. ' Select the item and subitems when selection is made. the the code is as follows: ' Set the view to show details. Below is the code I'm using to create listview. The Question is" How do you change the color of the listview collum header text and bacground?". ![]() Hi, I run up on a problem that I have searched for a solution to that I dont know if there is one or else Im asking the wrong question.
